Well I'll resurrect this thread once more as it seems Bayonetta 1 is now on steam! Which might make the prospect of seeing Bayonetta 2 on steam a teeeny bit less bleak. I do have Bayonetta 2 on Wii U but I only played like 10min and turned it off because it hurt to look at. MAYBE the underpowered gimmick factory might at least consider a remaster on Switch?

Sega has released PC games before, but what's the latest Nintendo PC release? I think it's like Mario Teaches Typing... They don't release their stuff on PC.

Here's hoping they make a remastered version like with the Resident Evil GameCube games to get them onto other systems. That or just retcon it away with a different sequel and just forget the Wii one ever existed so the series can continue.

True, but if Nintendo bargained to get a certain % out of the over all multi-platform sales. I think they might, but hey. That is just wishful thinking.

Nintendo games are exclusive to Nintendo consoles, and with Wii U sales finally looking up, there's no way they're going to sacrifice any of those sales. If you want to play it, it's finally worth it to buy a Wii u with all the great games on it, especially those coming out right now.

Sonic Lost World was exclusiv too, but then... :-P

I'd be surprised if it came to PC it didn't even come to the other consoles whereas bayonetta 1 was multiplat.

Bayonetta 3 is being made as a switch exclusive, so it's safe to say she's gonna be exclusive to there for a while.

I don't mind that too much. I have a wiiu and a switch... it would just be nice to have it on pc so we could have modern graphics too. I'll play it either way.

l think it's more that the genre just isn't popular enough any more. And Crapcom doesn't know how to make good games any more. Closest thing we've gotten recently is Nier Automata. And I don't think Dante can compete with dat ass.

This is what I'm thinking...At least it is and will remain dead for PC/Mac users and/or people who can't afford whatever system Bayonetta 2 and/or Bayonetta 3 are/will be designed for. Note: System is the key word here. Not in the plural. (-_-)

Yeah, I've always thought the console wars were bad for gamers. They just limit which games people can play, even if they'd really like to.
