The Power Blast update is kind of a let down
doesn't really improve the game much rangers all still feel the same and the stat system misses the point of the people complaining they felt the animations were way to similar. I get not fixing it as that requires reanimating all 6 rangers but the stats system doesn't fix it.

The modifiers are nice and I like that there is one for max enemies in single player so it becomes kind of a challenge. But again doesn't fix the main gameplay issue, though kudos for adding one that removes the time disruptor I know a lot of people disliked that gameplay feature. Though beyond that the modifiers are pretty boring, one hit kill, and anti gravity aren't really that fun.

The actually new move in the game is kind of fun much more fun then the actual special move...to bad it costs health so I will never use it. Combat is still the same beyond that looks like no improvements were made as far as I can tell beyond quick rise and power blast.

All in all its the same game very little improvements but I respect the attempt, but unless you added more content and improved the rangers animations the game is still short and lacks replay value.

I did not think that the update would be today. Nice to have this before the online update.
this might sound like cope but i feel like they probably barely have any funding for further support so it's nice to have even as much as this, like this does not feel like a game where the publisher is likely to grant it robust post-launch support. Look at the poor GI Joe game that's also a Hasbro Retro, it's still in it's launch state i'm pretty sure.

That is a possibility. I still hope they can squeeze in an arcade mode for the next update.
I am super disappointed, we still have no news of the upcoming story content, I did not ask for it to be developed already, just gave the roadmap (the next story content will be centered on this etc...)

This update is certainly not what will make me return to the game.

New story content is not a thing for now when we don't have an online mode for 6 players first ,in a game game being 2 months old. The game is a full whole complete story, not because there is a cliffhanger at the end they will do further content.

I hope an arcade mode is on their plan, a survival one (a training with roguelike modifiers in the command center map ?) would be a great addition.

They need to make combat moves different between the rangers. Add more combos.
