Power rangers the movie game on Snes is 100x better then this, you missed the best part of Power rangers games from the 90s,
and that is Starting as a Human, and then you have to fill ur power Bar, and then Transform into a Power ranger and then your more powerful, this was the best and coolest part about the power rangers snes games,
Now that you didnt add the coolest part, this just feels like a TMNT game now
I like the idea of "morphing time" as as a gameplay mechanic! Would be great if implemented in future updates/DLC!
Pixel-art is retro stuff.
So there are some chances that people who like retro stuff will like power rangers in pixel-art, right?
Only if it's retro stuff.
Also, when using retro characters, a retro theme, and targeting nostalgia driven audience....why on earth would you NOT go with pixel art?
There is a time for modern style and a time not to go that route; this is the latter.
Neither the TMNT games nor the SNES game you're talking about have Zords though.
