I really hope I'm wrong on this but remember, this is Hasbro. It's 1000% going to be DLC. Which would be really doing the legacy of JDF a disservice. I have never wanted to be more wrong in my life though.

It's based on Power Rangers: Once and Always, where he was captured. You'll probably unlock him by beating the game, like Casey Jones in TMNT: Shredder's Revenge.

Casey Jones was not the part of TMNT team so him being unlockable made sense
But making the member of your team unlockable is stupid
