Does any one have the latest patch available?

I am a huge flight game fan, and I see some people cant get the game working, or that it has bad FPS on Windows 10 or whatever they might say. I know there is a patch and Lol I already have it downloaded, but I am real unsure about getting this with the mixed reviews. Any opinions?...

After you finish a mission you may get a black screen if this happens just Alt+Tab to desktop then Alt+Tab back to the game.
