Hit Chance Fix For Relaxing Gameplay

If anybody wants to just play this game without the crazy Misses. Go into the global file called GATTACKS.

Edit all 75 values to 85 or higher. You can copy and paste to speed it up. I would not edit anything with a hit chance under 75 though cause those are stun and fear units and you don't want them for game balance to have a high hit chance.

You might need to open the file with a spread sheet app or you will be looking at a wall of text. I used Neat Office ( trail version )
