Chapter 13...are you kidding me?!

I just finished Chapter 13 after raging so damn hard...these platforming parts are really starting to get on my nerves! I really love the combat in this game but I feel like there is WAY to much difficult and frustrating platforming :(. I started Chapter 14 but after a couple of cheap deaths due to getting knocked off the rising platform into the blood I shutdown the game lol.

Aye, just finished chapter 13 not 5 minutes ago, i dunno what awaits me in chapter 14 and 15, but i hope its not more frustrating bug jumping combined with monster slaying in mid air with no floor below you.

oh joy. i guess i should have waited until its on special. but i just enjoy BR. especially BR2.

There's 15 chapters total. 14 and 15 are easier than 13.

The whole game isn't even that hard by 2D platformer standards, especially if you're not going for high rankings but just trying to beat the level. it's mostly down to getting a good handle on the controls.

Yeah this game was easier than i remembered. I think the difficulty is pretty spot on in this. Not too easy so you can just run trough the game, but you have to do some little "try and die" moments :)

lol, i was able to finish off chapter 8. especially the last bit with this huge saw blade chasing you. it took me like over 45min to manage it. for some odd reason rayne never wanted to jump anymore just before the coffin. and my SPACE bar works perfectly well. dont know why. everywhere else no problem, but the last bit was a problem. but well, i managed it.

Game itself is ok, Plataforming is something that they ask you the perfection of Super Meat Boy while you have your hands covered in butter....

I just finished the game. The difficulty spike in the platforming at CH13 is pretty damn steep. When trying to jump off the little blood bugs, it is too easy to accidently use your weapon if you aren't holding directly down on the controller, and this is tough when jumping from left to right. I also though the part where the rotating wheel spike of death chases you in bird form was also ridiculous. I definitely enjoyed the game but wasn't prepared for things getting that tough.

chapter 13 made me quit this game.
it's a shame really, coz i was enjoying the game till that chapter.
