I was playing solo and this bug hapeened 2 times, both on pentagon

Thanks for heads up. The devs are aware of it and are working in a hotfix to this and many other bugs that are new in this release.
So much has changed in Forsaken so as in most cases new bugs come to life. Also in Pentagon avoid using the elevator because there is no elevator at the train yet and it will cause you to get your vision full black until the train leaves. They kinda forgot to add it.

It looks like most of the bugs have been already patched in v1501. Yyppiie. If you find any more bugs/issues it may be best to post them directly in their discord that you can join from the ingame main menu because they are more active there. Happy gaming to you all
