Purrtal is very laggy!
Absolutely loved the idea of Purrtal, but it's just too laggy to play right now, especially when you zoom out and at the higher bits of the level.

Can you tell me your specs?

Sure! All the other Devcats games worked fine on my computer, so I assumed this one would too, but maybe the moving elements are too much? I can try to the demo on a better computer later on to see if it's me or the game. (Checking the minimum specs, though, and it should run fine?) My specs are:
Processor: Intel© Core™ i5-3360M CPU @ 2.80GHz × 2
Graphics card: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller
Memory: 15.5 GiB

Yes, it runs, but probably with some fps drops... Are you using the OpenGL version?

I'll try to make it lighter by the end of the week. And it will get better by the full game too

Hmm, I'm not sure how to check about the OpenGL? Thanks for the assistance. (The main FPS drops are when you zoom all the way out, or at the very top of the level. At the bottom of the level, it's mostly fine, for some reason.)

A lot of "3D" Layers in this region.

About openGL: After pressing play on our game through the Steam app, two launch options will be presented. The OpenGL option works best on older machines.

Aaah, didn't see that, will try that soon, to see which one I was using, and report back.
Hmm, I don't see an option pop up when I launch it (through Steam), it just launches automatically.
