run time script error - achievements not working

when I start the game I get the above error and says see log file (don't know where they are or what kind of script error it is) the game seems to start OK and everything seems fine but no achievements are working. Are the two related?

I'm on windows 7, nvidia card. Its the achievements working that I want dont care about the script error unless it is affecting the achievements.

i, i have the same issue, Windows 8.1 Nvidia gt 750. all other games working correctly with achievements.
