Suggestion: Heli Racing quest balancing.

Current system, is completely broken, resulting in board being filled with crap after about dozen quests being completed. Players are taking quests they can complete and ignore those that they cant. Resulting in available quest selection being rather rapidly filled with quests that nobody does, rending whole alliance recycling just 4-5 quests, while rest are idling there.
Solution #1. Reset board(with exception of active quests) every 3 hours.
Solution #2. Allow players to discard quests. Like for every 3 completed quests player can discard one quest for free(no gems or quest charges spent and new quest is added instantly, without cooldown).
Solution #3. My favorite. Double number of available quests to 24(3 rows of 8) and limit how many of each type can exist. 4 "Get" quests, 3 "Level Up" quests, 3 "Exo" quests, 3 "Gems" quests, 3 "Credit" quests and 8 "Kill" quests.
Also beef up "Kill" quests. There have been some increase, but there is room for more. There are now low to mid tier quests in this category, but no high tier. If you have 300 point "Get Legendary" quest with absurdly high requirements, then adding something similar to "Kill" category is also warranted.
