Where is the event?

Hi everyone,
I am wondering where can I find the event (Captain in Cyberland) which is supposed to end at Dec 6th posted on the news. I've been looking for it by clicked everywhere I can, but I still cannot find it. Do I need to do some quests for it to appear?

If you just started playing, you are probably on the compulsory Regina tutorial event. After that initial event finish, then you would be able to participate in the regular rotating events.

I remember when I started to playing had the same problem, even after finishing the Regina tutorial event it took about a day or so before it appeared (not sure what triggered the event to appear), but it only left me with two days left of the weekly event to do. The current event is pretty much over now, so the chances are you may not even see it at this point.

Thanks for the reply. i finished the Regina event yesterday, and I have not seen the new event.
I also have a couple of little questions.
I was not able to finish all of the chapter of Regina event, would it be repeat again in the future?
If it will, will I be able to keep the digital data I already unlocked? I mean do I need to unlock her digital data from 0% ?

I don't think that specific event repeats, but Regina shows up in one of the other ones which does.
No, data isn't kept between events.
(and yeah, actually completing an event all the way to get the scene unlocked takes either crazy luck or lots of $. The main thing to focus on is trying to get to Chapter 3, and do Legendary roulette rolls to unlock the mercs.)

Progress is not kept between events. If you want to complete an entire event and unlock the "interesting" scene, you need a lot of preparation.

#1 Gems, lots of gems. You get 30 per day from daily quest. 100 per week for weekly quest, 400 per 3 weeks for seasonal pass. 245 every 2 weeks from military exercise event where you level up your merc. You need ~1k gems to reach chapter 3 and have a slim chance at completion.

#2 Free recruitment tokens. You need at least 3 to get to chapter 3. To increase your odds of finishing the event, you need another 20. (If you do the alternative route and burn 30k tokens, completing the event become almost impossible)

#3 Merc exp. Having already stocked up on the event Merc's exp will help with completing the event. At lv 19 you can upgrade rare exp to epic and epic to legenday. This will help finish parts of the event and grant you tokens.

The last and most difficult check is either:
Spend 3500 gems AND level up a specific event merc to lv 12 (or is it lv 10?)
Or
Spend 50,000 tokens (This is VERY luck dependant. You get ~30k tokens if you are very diligent and have to rely on luck and bonus roulette for the rest)

If you spend 50k tokens, you still need to have saved up enough bonus rolls in the bonus roulette to roll another 3 times. If you spend the gems, you probably have enough bonus rolls.

You then get to fight the boss. My estimate is that you probably need around league ~16 to finish the boss fight reliably.
