After leaving an alliance, how long does it take before I can join another alliance?

After leaving an alliance, how long does it take before I can join another alliance?
After withdrawing from the league, can I still play in the FIGHT? Will there still be Heli Racing?
My current team strength is about 10,000, hovering between 13th and 14th in the FIGHT. Is there any alliance willing to take me in?

if i remembered right, there's no cooldown time to join another alliance after leaving one, but there's a wait time before you can join heli race and alliance war. i think it was 1 week or so.

I have joined other alliances.
If you exit and rejoin between the end and the beginning of a Heli Racing, there will be no cooldown time. But the Alliance War cannot be entered until the start time of the next round.
