How to use Lorraine's suppression?

Need help and explanation on how to trigger the ability. Thanks

For the first Lorraine has no suppression ability but I think you think about the commander health steal when suppression triggered.

If you have Lorraine on your side and when the enemy use suppression ability than triggered Lorraine's ability. When the ability triggered Lorraine get hp and the enemy commander loose hp.
So if the enemy commander like Rachie or Roxie use her suppresion ability than they loose some hp and Lorraine get it
Other way if O-Rinn or Florence hit one of your characteres with suppression and your character loose her abilities, than Lorraine's ability triggered again.
Lorrain's ability won't work if the enemy hit an immunity characer like Lorraine, Regina, Yumiko, Morana, OR can't hit someone because they have elusive skill like Harper, Sharon, Victoria

Anyway Lorraine has a stun ability if she get hits all ranged character stunned.
