Unlocks.
2 things that feel very wrong about unlocks:

1. Unlocking a character of a certain rarity should unlock all prior rarities. I.E. If I unlock Legenday it should unlock Epic, Rare, etc

2. Neural Link should take into account characters that were Reborn. I shouldn't have to level up a character to a certain level again if I already did it once.

Hopefully this won't get buried in all the "promo code" spam...
