Who are the best legendaries?

It can be an opinion, or fact. I just want to know who to invest in if/when I get them.

Dominica is really use full for control.
Kitty is my fav unit for powering up my line combo'd with Dominica units.
for removals i use Scarlet, combo'd with Dominica units.

Regina, Salma, Ivy, Zara, Leta, Harper and Ginny would be my list, but of course it's RNG what you get, or pay disgusting amounts of money to get what you want.

Look at some of the mini events : Miss Fortune's cards can grant legendary mercs

Trixie is great for clearing low health characters or summoned mercs, Beck, O-Rinn or Florence to suppress an enemy with annoying powers (Beck only works against melee though). You can look at the deck of the top players to see which mercs they tend to rely upon.

If you think about in fight:
It's depend on:
- what kind of character you have
- what kind of tactics wanna use.
- what commander wanna use
Some tactics:
- fast spawns,
- multi-attacks,
- immunities,
- spawn kills,
- commander damager, ect.

If you think about which one do you like the look of? for me:
Eve, Scarlett, Bloom, Faye, Kitty, Natasha, Zara, Leta, Sunmi :D

Ничего не вздумайте покупать у этих мерзавцев: в любой момент при заходе в игру у вас на экране выскочит табличка, что вы помечены как читер. При обращении в их "замечательную" поддержку ничего не получится выяснить за что конкретно тебя пометили читером, никаких доказательств, что вы-читер они не предоставят и без права оспорить их решение. Их цель, чтобы создавали новые профили Стим и платили заново по второму, третьему кругу и так далее.

There's no way to "invest" in a character unless you mean you're gonna spend the 20-50-probably a hundred just to get up a few ranks because everything is RNG and even if you buy a character and you're not at the league where it's unlocked or you didn't get the purple then you're stuck hoping for legendary pulls.
I can say that Salma and Natasha are a pain to deal with but that's because the ones I end up having to deal with are like rank 2 level 13 or something.

The events allow you to choose a legendary and you try to work your way to getting them during the event. If you get at least one, you will be able to get them from chest, but it's very rare. You can mod but it'll take awhile but then that's the free route. struggle to the top.

I saw the inverted version of this tier list. So what was the S.H.I.T. that was the best, and best was the sh*ttest. I was a litte bit confused but at now i've calm down as i saw this. :D

I dont know what list you were looking at before, but Dominica, Wayne and Luther were always ♥♥♥♥, and never ranked high.
