Are low level Legendary girls better than rebooted epic girls?

Even with lower stats, Legendary girls have more and better abilities. Can I not trust the "Best" button?

Best is only going to equip the max amount of total power. I do that to level up my commander and that’s it. I think the abilities themselves are way better, unless you have an epic that’s super over leveled or something.

For me, the least frustrating way to play is to go with 'best' and just grind autoplay. AFK the fights and don't stress about win/loss until you start filling up your squad with Legendaries. Once you start fighting with Legendaries go to the Discord and read the guides on building your squad.

At the beginning some low level legendary are better than rebooted high epic level because of their skills.
Later when you start to get many legendary you'll almost never use any epic one, there is only a very few that still worth playing at high rebooted level.

I never use the "Best" button, it fill your team with the highest power girls but it doesn't mean your team will have a good synergy -and so with your commander choice.
Read what the girls does with their skill and choose by yourself.
Replace your girls to increase your power for your commander at least but don't keep the girls you don't want to use in your team.
