Report a translation problem
The consistency with the hands is a sign. That Asian commander has gold fingers that stop before the joint, AI would mess that up everytime. One image, that you get in the chat messages, had a chick hold up a gag mask. An accurate gag mask. AI would've put a person in that or melded the fingers holding the gas mask into the top part.
Actually, a lot of these characters look exactly the same. That tool does not require any drawings to be provided, it generated these characters from prompts and is also capable of including props like masks without them looking messed up.
AI art is definitely at a point where it can create all of this and I do not believe that the initial designs were not AI generated considering the likeness to other AI generated art that I've seen.
Can i kniw the said tool?
Photoshop can draw even better. You can set ratios, etc.
