Don't bother buying this game
It would barely be worth playing even if it was free. Save yourself some money and send a message to Valve that this kind of lazy, effortless stuff isn't welcome and isn't wanted on Steam

sad, so sad but I'm with you on this. Even the script and the voice acting is lame. Portal 1 & 2 were two of my favorite games of all time, this just sucks ass. Valve, why have you allowed this??

im actually farming cards for it. I heard it was short and wasnt really worth it. I might just wait for a sale I guess. But then again you only have 0.2 hours on this so I cant really trust you

bad writing
bad voice acting
boring, easy puzzles
bad technology (good comes from center of the screen not the gun)
bad value

edit - bad physics that make no sense - jumping from a dead start makes me bounce extremely high? for what reason?

fair point......an alternative is that I just got bored, and pissed off with the crap voice acting & script. You can take you pick which one you think, buthave you played the 1st level? not really difficult is it?

It was exactly like this in Portal 2.

The first levels are the easy tutorials levels.

End of the day guys its only £3 so not worth getting upset over in those terms, its just dissapointing is all. Have a punt for 3 quid if you don't believe me (and North) but I'd be bloody sure you'll reach the same verdict

That I DO agree with, and portal 2 was still awesome mainly due to the script, story and level design.

Another crash. That's 2 in the 30 mins I've been playing. Obviously a game with extensive playtesting before release - the real "Valve seal of approval" stamped all over it.

Also don't listen to anyone who says the game is short- you'll spend most of your time painting the walls for artificial lengthening of the game time. A 1 minute puzzle now takes 10 minutes while you splash your physics bending goo everywhere!

Edit - Just saw the Portal 2 comment. I agree too. Save yourself some money and just replay Portal 2, you'll experience very similar puzzles but without getting ripped off and experiencing amateur dev quality problems.

A 3 quid pint would be at least worth 3 quid though. You'd get what you pay for. This is what should be a free mod being sold for an (admittedly low) pricetag, but a pricetag nonetheless

Thats kind of my point - I was responding to Potato Aims comment re 'Complaining cos I can't get past the first level'

What makes the writing bad exactly? I'm just curious.

BTW, I didn't find Portal 2 story that great either.

I already 100%'d portal 2 and beat it 20 times :*(

It's made by a bunch of kids who aren't even out of college yet. You thought too much if you wanted this to be anywhere near a portal 2 experience and they thought too much wanting any money for it.
They'll get money out of it from the name and a few of them might get to use it on a CV to get in the useful part of the industry.

Well, each to their own, I'd never knock someone for not liking what I do, thats what leads to such diversity in games development and pretty much something for everyone. I'm sure that some will agree and some won't but I loved portal 1 & 2 because I found both so witty, clever and funny with top notch voice acting from both GLADoS and Wheatley. TAG however is just Laaaame, extremely poor quality (even for £3) and simply not funny - thats just my view of course, but one that Chicken Dinner will surely agree with having 100%ed it and completed it 20 times.
