Can't find all Ideon Crystals

Hello! I've played the missions on Rounos and Magni several times already, but I never manage to find the last Ideon Crystal on either planet. What am I missing here? Is that some kind of bug that's making the planet spawn 1 less crystal? Or is it me that cannot find it? =/
I like to complete everything: I already have all the stars for completing all the tasks on these missions... but still 1 Crystal short for both.

You don`t need to find them, you need to sell them. It doesn`t matter how you aquire the crystals. 1 marked source on planet can have different number of crystals, so you may get several batches from it or you may get zero. Use scanner to know the amount. Competitors also extract those, so you need to be quicker or find other sources.

Thanks for helping out, Panterich! It gets explained in the second mission. Maybe we need a general explanation for those who missed the dialogs in story mode or prefer playing competitions or freeplay right from the beginning.

i would point out here that i was playing story mode and was paying attention to dialogs and still i was confused about Ideon at first. Now i don`t remember exatly what was going on, but i do remember there were some strange things. I somehow lost 1 crystal in mission tally (so i checked that all of them were accounted, completed story mission, started another story mission and later quit game, and i was missing 1 crystal the next time i played) that only happened once and i think that might have happened right when last patch was introduced, Then there was another thing: i was mining ideon tile with more than 1 resourse stock, but i was getting only 1/100 of mined amount (so there were floating point numbers in WH). That also happened only once, but both of those cases together made me think i missed something, so i was double checking if i indeed need only to sell those crystals and also that it doesn`t matter to whom i sell.
Anyway, tooltip in mission selection screen clearly states what that counter is for, so i can`t see how you can explain it further. Forcing some already known information may annoy those who do pay attention.

A related usefull feature that isn't explained in tutorials is: when you're zoomed out to the max distance, you can select various overlays that highlight each type of resource or terrain on the plannet. Ideon, Oil, Gas, Desert, Bamboo,fish... you name it, it'll find it.
This is also extreamly healpful in matching up your second city location with researched technologies.

It was kind of mentioned in first mission, but very brief. Also, you don`t necessarily need to zoom out, instead you can press space key or 'navigation' button.
