Demo performance.

Anyone else have terrible performance in the demo? i'm getting like 4-10 fps with jumps up into 30-40 then back into 4-10 range. specs: RTX 3070 Ti AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor 32 GB ram. Edit: Seems like is only if i put the game into 4k resolution that the performance becomes terrible....

The vibe is off

I like the idea of the game. But the writing and vibe seem off in this one. It's very cartoonish and by the book. The demons and cultists are not particularly eldritch or mad. They speak like an everyday person, who never had any experience with occult, would expect a generic evil demon to speak. Contrast this with something like Cultist Simulator, which has actual occult flavor. Or Darkest Dungeon, which has a great narrating voice. Even Cult of the Lamb, in which characters are overtly cheery, come off...

Would Be Nice to See Other Cults/Elder Gods be Playable at Some Point

I understand that this game is more of a city building game and that there are or will be other Lovecraftian creatures and rival cults to compete against in the game, but it'd be nice if at some point in the future, perhaps as expansions even, we can play as cults to other Elder Gods such as Yig, Shub-Niggurath, or Nyogtha as well....

Quick Performance Feedback

On my Ryzen 9 5900X / RTX 4090 / 32 GB RAM / Gen4 PCIe NVME / 4k monitor system, the demo promptly ate 99% GPU, and pushed both my CPU and GPU up to well above 300 W power draw each. The game also had multiple incidents of FPS drops, where the game slowed down to ~5-10 FPS, and eventually crashed in the cutscene after I had built the sacrificial altar. The game looks very promising - I am a great fan of both the Anno games, and also the Lovecraftian Lore - so I hope that the dev team will invest a lot of ...
