Adults Only ESRB rating?
I'm a fan of Lovecraftian settings in video games, so a friend pointed this title out to me and I'm fairly interested in picking it up.

As a content creator, I found it on Keymailer and the listing has the "AO 18+" which really had my head spinning. Is this game extremely graphic? Normally the full 18+ rating means that a game is much more intense than what a normal M rating entails.

While I keep my channel marked for mature content, I do try to vet games a bit before I stream them.

Steam does have it's own rating system for games but we have also done online IARC rating that resulted in PEGI 18. You are carving symbols with a knife on followers backs, burning them and the game is about leading a cult.
