Impossible to get Acolytes... any other way?

So I'm doing the first mission of the "side Quests" Twisting Fates i think its called?

I'm a few hours in it... i own 3 islands.... lotsa ressources... Everything is going good... I'm almost dont conquering a Big island with lotsa defence... BUT i cant build monsters anymore 'cuz they need ACOLYTES to be created and not simple peasants anymore...

OK imma build the thingy to upgrade my peasants to Acolytes.... Problem is none of my islands has the Placement for the Upgrade stargate thing... I just noticed its on another island i never knew existed far off on the bottom of the map... it's on an island occupied by NPCs.... But I cant take over 'cuz i cant create monsters...

So I'm F-ed or is there other ways to get Acolytes??

you can get fungus right next to your sacrifical altar and it keep regenerating........ 9 pices a round wich ist enought for 3 upgrades i think.......... so if the fungus stops regenerating then send a bug report otherwise you have maybe to many housing but seems your doing fine

i got well over 100 fungus... but didnt you read? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO ASCEND my peasant without a stargate thinggy???

Stargate thinggy is on another island....
other island is protected by NPC ships and Tower
To Destroy Tower and Ships i Need Monsters
To create Monsters I need ASCENDED ACOLYTES
To get Acolytes i Need a Stargate.....

Do you see the problem now?

no i dont because you dont need the stargate thingy... thats why iam confused...

beside i like stargate as well

maybe it is a translations error are we speaking of tier 1 to tier2 or tier 2 to tier 3........ because to my shame havent finished yet ......

i asked because the tier 2 is called acolytes in my language......

that beside if its tier 2 to tier 3 you seem to be screwed and there need to be adjustment... i dont know i really start to stop the happed of having the perfect game start thats way iam not far but until to the point where you need tier2 for everything i know the game mostlly inside out... and for tier1 to tier 2 you need to fuill all need ( clam,corn.robes,temple,reeducator) and 3 i think fungs and when the stats are 100%( with recent patch 40% *grrrrrrrr*) just press the button if not send bug report they changed the accencion reccentlly

You need to paress q unless you rebound the keybind and then select the ascend option then use that on the house of the one you want to ascend.

you really think he got this far without knowing how to ascemd... i mean he must have did it in chapter one... i mean you maybe right but he got this far so i doubt it a skill isssue like many other times

i have completed chapter one... and its not a language barrier thing... geez i do mention i Need ACOLYTES... the tier 2 level pesants...

I need to ascend my (tier 1) peasant to (tier 2) Acolytes... but i cannot if i dont have the Ascention building that is the stargate looking building... i have researched it... i "bought it" with the favors... but i cannot build it because i need to conquer another island....

I need to conquer the island that only can contain de Ascention building, because that building needs a specific Base to be built on... and only that island has it....BUT i need monsters to get rid of the NPCs on that island before i can build on it... but the monsters requires Tier 2 Acolytes to be created.... and i cannot create tier 2 Acolytes because i dont have the Ascention building that is on an island controlled by NPCs

its not hard to understand is it??

I need "X"... to get "Y"... to build Z"... but i cannot get "X"... because i need to have "Z" first... to produce "X".. but i cant get "Z" first because i need "X" and "Y" before... i dunno how i can make it more clearer...

YOU DONT NEED THE STARGATE TO UPGRADE TO TIER 2
YOU NEED 100% IN EVERYTHING (CALM,CORN,ROBES,TEMPLE,REEDUCATOR)
3 FUNGUS
YOU HAVE THAT ALL YOU CONFIRMED THAT
NOW PRESS Q AND CHOOSE THE UPGRADE TOOL AND CLICK ON THE HOUSE
OR CLICK ON THE HOUSE YOU WANT TO UPGRADE AND THEN IN MIDDEL RIGHT OF THE HOUSE POPUP IS BUTTOM WITH A WHITE CIRCLE AND BLACK HOUSE WITH A ! PRESS IT AND A POP UP WILL COME RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND THERE YOU HAVE IT PRESS ASCEND
IF IT DONEST WORK VERFIY THESE THINGS :
YOU NEED 100% IN EVERYTHING (CALM,CORN,ROBES,TEMPLE,REEDUCATOR)
3 FUNGUS
IF THERE FULLFILED REPORT A BUG

CHECK THE PATCHNOTES FROM 24.10 WHERE THEY EXPLAIN MOVING THE FIRST SCREENSHOT SHOW THE POP AND THE ASCEND BUTTON 2. FROM THE TOP

I KNOW YOU ARE FRUSTRATED BUT YOU PUT YOURSELF IN IT BY NOT READING THE TUTORIAL. CONGRANTS ON STILL GETTING THAT FAR YOU MUST BE VERY PATIENCE

this would have help in thebeginng but thank you very much noneless for the work... i have figured out your issue just follow my caps step abvoe and and it should work fine


if not please report a bug or not but that what happen....

and sorry but really really dont need the stargate the purpuse othe stargate is to increase fungi production and nothing more but since you have over 100 this shouldn't be a problem

OMG i never noticed that little side bar button for the ascension...
in the tuto they make you build the ASCENSION building and then tell you "now you can ascend ppl" so i associated the ASCENSION building to yknow... ASCEND ppl...

they should just call it the Mushrooom building dammit...
