(PC)Devs, can't I rotate my buildings or the map? If it's possible, how do I do that?

I swear, I read all the commands, tried a bunch of them (I played the Republic of Pirates demo and the controls aren't the same), can't figure out how to do it. Please help?
Also, ok, I can understand mining iron to trade for faith, but maybe it'd be nice to make it a bit more explicit in chapter 2 that you have to jump from chapter to chapter in order to make new stuff or, dunno, maybe make the system a bit more logical? It's kinda lame being able to raise and butcher cows but not milk them because I can't install a blast furnace or a smelter.
Other than that I'm loving this game, ty!

Hello SLuchesi,

To rotate a building you can press Q and E while in the construction mode (placing the building).

To rotate the camera you can press the middle mouse button or you can use numpad arrows.

You are correct, the buildings in chapter 1 are blocked in not an ideal way. We never thought someone will get that far on this chapter to be honest. Thank you for pointing this out

wait what even when you finished chapter 1 and press continue the rest of the buildings are still locked behinded a quest and not faith.......... if so this info would save me loot of time this wa net on the list because of no sanbox map and the chpater 1 island is biggest i found so far
