oh you said add and remove colors, so I can edit ones already made? is there ones with slots for 250 colors? or more?
It supports the same .gpl palette files as GIMP - these are specially formatted text files. You can select from a number that are included with Krita from the docker.
This won't limit the colours in your image to just those in the palette - some brushes will merge and introduce subtle shades, but it gives you a reference of colours you want to be able to quickly select.
