How to draw anime head easy in 5 minues with pc mouse

so I went to two art houses and read half of the books but my heads look wretched so can you advise how to draw the head of an anime girl with a crit and a mouse from a PC and with the help of figures in five minutes

drawing with a mouse is messy no matter how you try it. if you can't afford a little wacom then get Inkscape its a free opensource vector program make your lines in that then import as a jpeg or PNG and colorize in krita. The power stroke path effect is a STUPIDLY powerful effect that can give you weighty lines depending on how you tweak them. I wanna think Krita also has vector abilities I'm not entirely sure tho.

another thing you could try is inking over your sketches as cleanly as possible then scan them in and clean up the lines further with dodge/burn.
