Then there are the bombs and turrets, which are not in Talos 2. They may seem annoying, but, for example, it's worth remembering that you can put a cube on a bomb and then jump on it:). There are unspoken rules to keep in mind (what device can't be under what).
Copy is definitely a big problem, but with checkpoints it becomes uncomplicated until we see puzzles where there will be copy + other devices, because really the hardest part is the combination (combo) of devices in one puzzle, not just one device.
To answer the OP's question, what is the worst for me is the mines/bombs that move about. I love all of them. The turrets are not that bad.
