Jammers at Beginning of Game can ruin preliminary Puzzles
Because I'm able to leap frog two jammers at the beginning of the game into the first and second sigil puzzle areas, those jammers are able to ruin most of those puzzles through their respective entrances.

I understand that one jammer is needed to get the first star but having two jammers makes solving the preliminary puzzles much easier to the point where I don't need the jammers inside several puzzle areas.

Perhaps placing a barrier that doesn't allow objects through after the first gate might help deter any ability to cheese the puzzles near the first portal. Just a proposal.

If you are that good to smuggle those two jammers out, you don't have any problem with the early puzzles anyway.

This is a solution in search of a problem.

Doesn't take much to get two jammers with you in "prologue". Of course if its first time you don't really think about that "mechanic".

Its fun though solving almost all the puzzles with those two jammers:taloslol:

to OP: Stop demanding the devs to ruin the little fun left in the game. If you manage to do something "out of the normal" it is part of the game. You are encouraged too do it your way.
A lot of the game revolves around creative problem solving, and you are encouraged to take things outside the "normal scope" of the puzzle. Could it be that this was intentional? Maybe the devs knew about it 10 years ago, knew about it when making this new version, and yet they still decided to keep it in because ultimately, it is fun.

It is intentional, no doubt. It’s just absurdly easy. I can buy the fact that the intentionality is to teach players that devices can be utilized for non-related puzzles on the map and that there are hidden puzzles outside puzzle arenas.

It’s not like the beginning puzzles are difficult, it just feels like I broke them, haha.
Yeah please don't let the developers ruin the game by including a barrier for the beginning puzzles...

lol, we’re talking about two easy puzzles near the portal. But I guess it’s fun to solve one of them before even entering into the area.

if you want easy, in one "level" you can cheese 3 puzzles using the recorder in one of them. Sure as heck don't want the devs to "fix" that.

Absolutely not!

You may have noticed that in most red puzzles there are blind corners around the entrances specifically to break line of sight so you can't use a jammers or whatever from outside. However, in green and yellow puzzles like those in that starting zone, they are much more likely to allow for goofy subversion like this, which is itself an advanced tutorial for the late game stuff.

The developers knew you'd have a jammer available to you and intentionally allowed you to break those puzzles. You didn't cheat yourself, you were thinking outside the box. Often breaking a puzzle in an unintended way requires more effort and creativity than the original solution. Its also always possible to go back and solve it the "right way" if you want. I did the same thing you did and later resolved those puzzles when looking for the star.

If you run around in the puzzles and look at whats in there, where it is, you'll soon see a pattern. Why is this rock placed right there? Why this specific rubble and not the other one and why is it here?
Why is this broken pillar conveniently pointing right at that low wall? etc etc.
Some of these thing will of course be random placed "candy", but many of them sure as heck are there for a reason. And you can use those to solve the puzzle in a slightly different way. Like i solved one last day where you are too avoid crossing beams, and are supposed to use the recorder to solve it. Well, i used a very conveniently placed rock and did not need the recorder at all. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3466560338 (deliberate angle to not spoil the actual placement)

You will also see lots of deliberate puzzle-level designed meant for "breaking" it, or help give you a means to get something out for use another place easily.
It's up to you, the player, to use this or not.
