Shop is bugged

I cannot buy "Contact on strategic resources". Every time I click on it, nothing happen.

It's 2 months after, but what worked for me was:

Via Task manager: terminate the game process, restart from the PC_Launch(Enter) and try again until the Steam page to complete the purchase showed up

This is weird, I can't buy anything from the shop or Event if it costs actual money from outside of the system. It will not let me. I press the purchase and nothing happens. Please help.
