Game has lot of potential This could rival the Seed of the Dead Sweet home base on genre but less lewd that's okay but I don't mind the ecchi stuff, now for suggestion to make our FMC more cooler would you mind Adding some CQC (Close Quarter Combat) and CAR(Center Axis Relock) System to the game it will be helpful for tight corners like doors and shelves.

for Improvements.

Grammar and spelling needs tweaking.
Some moment when got bitten by zombie the camera gets stuck.
Running is kinda still slow.
Aiming needs more Adjust sometimes its very jumpy
Settings needs more to be configurable keybindings, graphics, accessibility, Sounds with multi source like 1.5ch to 1.7ch, headphones(especially this since there's a loud moaning from the start which is very dangerous to family and friends thinking you watching some p*rn LOL)
Highlighted item this needs to be very visible especially the crucial items to progress story.
Controllers needs fix you can't navigate in menus using controller.
