Wow didn't expect to hear from the developers, thanks for replying I just started trying out the demo for this game today, so far so good. This is just one thing I found odd about it, What was your decision to make half vampires eyes glow, and full ones not?
Ah, I see where you're coming from, but vampires themselves aren't real, and those glowing red eyes look really sick. I think you should change it to vampires because it would make more sense to me and im sure others...Hopefully people see this and make it heard. Maybe you should make a separate post about it and ask the public i'm sure it will gain more attention than a post by a random like me.
Though offering two skins, one with and one without glowing should keep everybody happy I suppose.
Except glowing eyes is just a visual effect for the player to make them look more vampiric. In any work of fiction that has vampires with glowing eyes, the vampire can usually hide or mask the glow if they want to so Humans or other races can't distinguish them, they usually start glowing when they get mad. and Skins would be cool.
So the majority wins?
Why not make the glowing eyes optional, as in different eye colors or something?
It may even add some depth to the character creation system.
I picked my Damphir because of the red eyes, if you change it I gotta start a new game to have my character back?
I hope you stick by your original vision of the game, pleasing everyone is imposible...
I for one think the game's great, bought it as soon as I heard it was out and I'm not disappointed.
I don't mind if it takes a while before its implemented, I'm sure I'm not the only one that would've liked to customize their character a bit more when creating one.
It doesn't have to be incredibly extensive like Skyrim either, just a few presets or something's ok too...
I wouldn't mind either, but it could be cool if they could add in the option to choose glowing or not just to start it off for now if it's not too difficult to pull off.
