Wooden stake selling exploit?

Not sure if this is an exploit or not but thought the devs might want to know. I went to sell a stack of 300+ wooden stakes at the Pawn Shop and he only gave me $5. I bought them back and sold them one at a time for $1 each for at total of over $300. Good way to make money if you don't use them but I wonder if it's legit.

This is something I have gone back and forth on... but have left it in (so basically finding a stack of stakes is like finding a stack of gold) - but I may set it up so merchants will only buy 50 stakes and then say "not interested"

If you selling stakes one by one then merchant dont want to buy more than 50, but if you sell all at once then he buy all and you can get a lot of gold this way. It should be fixed in my opinion. I also found that strange things happen when you spliting gold to few stacks, i was able to buy few items from shop for free this way.

Thanks... I will probably set it up so merchants are not interested in stacks of over 30 Wooden Stakes.

Also... If possible, can you tell me what you did to get multiple stacks of gold in your inventory?

I tried testing by taking multiple stacks of gold out of my "stash" but it combines it into one stack when entering my inventory. And you shouldnt be able to Shift-Click to split "Gold" - Did you do something different?

I dont know why but when i taking gold out one by one from stash it not combine gold for me. Also i had strange bug that silver bullets cost 140$ each so i sold like 50 for 70$ each, right now i got like 13k gold.

If you just make limit of 30 wooden stakes, then i can sell 29 stakes at once, and then another 30 so it is not a perfect solution.

Maybe you can just block option to sell all stakes at once, or just make a fix that when you try to sell all it buy only amount that is missing to limit.
