How do you make Refined Items?

I was noticing that some items to craft require you to make refined items. However, the wiki doens't yet show you what you need to make them. Does anyone know what you need ot make refined items?

Yep, imbuing chamber. Any item w/ a pink delta (triangle) can be refined. You will also need a lot of remna shards.

I feel this is non-obvious and non-intuitive, and is an unreasonable barrier to progression.

it isent obvious.. should be a tutorial popout that comes along when its time to fight the first boss.. or accessable in a help menue ....
