Status of the game?
Dead? Slow progress? Finished? Abandoned? Problems due to Covid? Or lack of cash/interest from players?
Like the game, but the forums aren't very active I see.:LIS_poker_face:

It's on version 1.7.6 now. I don't think the developer is working on it anymore which is a bummer because I really like this game. The forums are pretty dead too, about 1 post every 2 weeks? I hope the developer comes back or that people make more mods. A mass server would also be nice but oh well, watchya gonna do.

I got the game on August 17 2019, and just picked it up again. I just realized how amazing this game is. Its like a somewhat more peaceful Terraria. Sad to see that it died so fast.

My guess is that the game is pretty much dead. The last message from the developers (in the game's start screen) is from 18 august 2019:

The Future Of Crea
As some of you may had noticed Crea's updates have gotten less and less frequent leading up to the release of "Chaos Awakening". This is about to change!

I'm excited to announce that Crea has a new developer helping out part-time. Andrew (Wacko) is a talented developer with over a decade of experience working on games such as Starcraft 2. All of the work Andrew is doing is completely volunteer - that's just how awesome he is. If you see Wacko around be sure to give him some love.

With Chaos Awakening released we are planning out and starting development on the next major update, v1.8. Our focus will be setting the stage for bigger and better future updates. One of the major changes we are making is modernizing the custom engine that Crea runs on. With these changes Crea will run smoother on more machines including proper 4k and Mac OSX support. We are also listening closely to feedback and you can expect to see some of that addressed as soon as v1.8.

Before completely moving onto the next update, I am planning to put out at least one more patch addressing issues recently reported. Thank you everyone for reporting issues so diligently and for your patience while I fix them.

Since then, nothing. Maybe the new dev bailed or something. It's not like this is a high profile game that generates tons of money.

yeah unfortunately its a fact that low profile indies tend to get over looked and thus neglected when you choose to go the rout of true indie its hard to get seen with bigger brands advertisingother indies... dead is still harsh as i see games through the ages half as complete being called done legendary done ,,, i AM a fanboy admittedly so ill admit my call was sharply decided .. yeah i would say as far as "the future is grand" the game is dead as there hasent been any recent progress... @ballsaque thanks for clearifieing that FACT to me XD (yes games deed as after a year it can be considered so with no coms) my bad to any disrespect to senzai3.

short story sorry senzai3 for making light a serious topic digital punch in the face well accepted ...

cheers

eh, i can't tell, it has a cash-y feeling to it, when trying to get your gardens to grow, the magic of commitment, is kind of off, when trying to figure out WHAT will grow, and, Where, has a dungeon crawling aspect to It, but nothing impervious to the debts on stronger beasts, willed, willy-nilly Here and There

maybe you can get away with deformation (mob spawn), and blocks are collected in their nest, i see you already have some form of an ALERT system Here, though i'm still having a wildly ridiculous Time trying to figure out how grass/dirt spawn works

the "re-size pick" for mining is a nice touch

i don't know, but, well, i'd say if anything, i guess, You need to just go ahead and start working on "MERCHANDISING", could be anything from as simple as a player "TOKEN", made to fit into the characters inventory (that pops or spawns an NPC)

i don't know what your treasure layout is, if it is as deep as say "TERRARIA", so depending on how many bosses You have, in the Desert, you can and will have to either move on to another SEED a New One, or develop some more systems in your MECHANICS, (but i would work on, and brush up a little bit on your "MERCHANDISING")
