Yeah, just shoot him with anything. Not going to the limb clinic does help out a ton.

I remember the first time I played the game, and that came up, I was like. "no, this upgrade's going to mess me up later, I just know it.. no. not going to do it." and somehow by some kind of magical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retardation on my part, I ended up doing it anyway. XD STILL no clue as to how that happened. Did make that boss fight a LOT harder, but it's still doable. Guess I can say I beat that jerkbag on hard mode. :P

For the fight, use the typhoon if you have taken it. 3 shots kill.

kinda knew it would screw me up but whatever. I can only imagine the boss fight to be pretty boring without the upgrade (and the cut scene to be funny). Anyways, only boss I took out by takedown ;)
