Game freezing as hell!

Hi. I buyed the game some time ago and now i have time to play it but im stuck on beggining of game because it is freezing for 15 seconds every 2-3 minutes! Also the game is a little lagging.

My PC:
Intel e8400 3ghz (2 core)
ATI HD 4850 512mb
Windows 7
4GB DDR2

Try this, It worked for me, the game now runs faster, cache faster and ok (not every time lagging because it was constantly caching), and now just not crash.
