question about dlc explosive mission pack

A few days ago I bought the DLC explosive mission pack. I am still inside Picus and I already found one automatic unlocking device so now I know the DLC is properly installed but I didn't see yet the other items (grenade launcher and remote bomb detonator). Moreover I would like to know if I still can play the rescue tong mission or I should start the game from the beginning. Thanks. Sorry if didn't google for this but I don't want to read spoilers.

Some shops will carry the DLC weapons and gear. Everything is automatically added into your inventory when Sarif and Malik drop you off at the Factory, where the hostages are.

The bomb detonator is simply hitting the granade button again when your ready to detonate the explosive packs. So, inother words:

Toss your Explosive pack like any granade. if you want to place more than one, place them as well. When your ready to detonate them [PRESS and HOLD] the granade button.
Any devices in range will explode.

The granade launcher wasn't made available to me until after the hidden rescue mission, to rescue Tong's son. And, I had started over from the beginning, hoping to have some fun with it earlier in the game. You will find ammo for it before you find the launcher.

In my current game, I was at Picus a good while before I did the Explosive Mission for Tong, so you don't need to start over. Also, the remote bomb detonators are all over the place; you'll find them.

I guess you can't really play this mission after you've beaten the game then can you? I think I'll have to start a new game just to play the new mission. It'll be totally worth it though now as I've now got the enb graphic mod for it :D
