Missing Link DLC - where to buy?
Hello,

I want to buy the Deus Ex Human Revolution The Missing Link DLC. Unfortunately, I find neither in the Steam Store, still in the DLC menu in the game the opportunity to do so.

Can someone help me in this regard?

Kind regards

prb

I own both... I bought the directors cut to get the DLC. But there is no DCL im my game menu. Do I have to install the directors cut frist? I just added it to steam. The "normal" Version from the augmented edition is currently installed.

uninstall the old one and download and install the DC version missing link is part of that game. DC and reg version are so different that only 2GB of the old version are the same.

The Missing Link explains what happened to Adam Jensen during his three-day disappearance after he left Hengsha a second time. Waking up tied to an electromagnetic chair that inhibits augmentations, Jensen bears the torture of the base commander, Netanya Keitner, who believes he is a spy with government or company affiliations. After the torture equipment strangely deactivates in Keitner's absence, Jensen flees the area in an attempt to escape.

The Director's Cut comes with the Missing Link integrated into the storyline.

this was taken from the wiki since you can't buy missing link anymore anywhere.

I have played the "old version" quiet far... Do I have to play Directors Cut again to get to Missing Link? I thougt is is an extra DLC...

You can pick up the Missing Link at greenmangaming.

Yes, in the DC you have to play through the game up until the docks, then it starts the Missing Link. DC includes the Missing Link. In the original version, the Missing Link is a stand-alone DLC (It is a separate executable in your Steam library) and you can play it whenever you want, separate from the main game - granted you have purchased it separately. The Ultimate version also includes both the main game and Missing Link DLC, but comes without the bugs/'enhancements' inherent of the current DC version.

Can you play the DLC after finishing the main story?

Yes you can. But you have to buy it separately (greenmangaming - not anymore available in the steam shop).

Aug skills and equipment will be resetted :( Directors cut continues with your main game equipment.
