Method 1 (recommended) Edit
1. Go to "Documents\DeusEx\System" and open "User.ini"
2. Replace any instances of "Tilde=" with "Tilde=Type"
3. In-game, you can press Tilde (~) to open the console.
4. Type in a command and press Enter to execute it.

This is also assuming you can even do that. I didn't think to even look up if there was a console command list for this game until recently.
It's a buggy game.
I lost a weapon due to a bug, and now i'm in an area full with enemies, only one weapon, not that many bullets, assault rifle gone.
What should i do?
Lose progress because the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ or just spawn a new assault rifle?
I don't have this option either. There simply is no DeusEx file in documents.
This backhanded attitude toward other gamers isn't necessary. Not everyone wants a massive challenge or high learning curve. Sometimes people want a leisurely game to unwind with.
