Oh Where oh Where has the user.ini Gone...

I've spent a week looking at the files, all over the web, had two dev friends (far better than myself, I stick with dialogue trees, basic coding, meshes, skins, etc) and have gotten no where besides "put -hax0r at the end of the shortcut." Silly.

The user .ini has to be there. I've played through on a PS3 numerous times, but wanted the best experience possible for the game, so I finally grabbed the PC version from STEAM. Now the varying maps were great, as it was almost like an expansion, save exploring everything in an an area, and wow, 2 praxis kits are not there. Stun gun? The first two of them were gone as well (Though the ammo was found).

I'm not looking to set "God mode", but 17 hours, and no Praxis kits? Really? I just want the things I should already have. Barrett, the easiest boss in the game is pretty impossible with the stun gun missing, the shot guns missing, and yeah, essentially all the ammo is there, but none of the weapons. It is ridiculous. I've dl'd maybe 15 games from steam, 4 or 5 on this account, and if there was an issue, I could always find the .ini and fix it.

This time, no such luck. I am digging through C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Deus Ex Human Revolution Director's Cut and nothing.

Any help would be appreciated, as this annoying imp is drawing a blank.

The pc version of DXHR doesn't have it any .ini files. All settings are stored in Windows registry.
