Cant harvest anything

My crew members keep moving and harvesting areas and the game states item+ that items were given but I'm getting absolutely nothing

Im also experiencing times when the controls just go dead. I cant move my ship anywhere. I can move my crew members around but the ship will not budge and turning things off and on doesn't fix anything

If I save and exit the game and come back to it nothing happens I'm still stuck out in space unable to move
