How to finish arc level?
I built 4 flying titans, destroyed all spawn points but this flying enemy ship have something like shield and "fire main weapon" from titans doesn't work :(

Did you uncover the four sets of 'things' under the ground and power them? This info is given in the dialog after you get the flying ship.

Speaking of the final mission(and hopefully you don´t mind another question), should Thor unlock for prospector zone and and tormented space missions after beating the final mission? It didn´t for me so would be nice to know if I fudged something up with my save/load and going the evil route shenanigans or if it just isn´t available even though the locked spot for it is still there.

No. Thor is a special weapon only used in the last Campaign mission and DMD/Colonial Space missions where the map creator specified that you are able to construct it.

So text in the discussion threads are better than text in the games? :P

You have to use Terps to dig down until they uncover what is in the green circles. Then take energy there...

Well, the dialogue explains it :P
Besides, if memory serves me right, you can go o Orbital -> Archived Transmissions to re-read the dialogue if you skipped it and have no idea how to progress as a result of that.

Yea I started reading, then skipped but archived messages only has when you first arrived at the planet, not the last dialogue where you choose a side. I'll try the terps (but those build, not dig???)

Terp the terrain to level 1 on the green circles. Since you lower the terrain you efectivly "dig" :P

wow totally played this whole game not knowing terps could dig -_-

You didn't? Because the Terp has a slider bar that determines what it changes marked terrain elevation into. What did you think that was for?

I always built walls, never pits :-p

I don't usually build walls. Walls can get overrun. I prefer to hold creeper off with sheer firepower. If I need a wall, I usually don't have time to make one.

What I usually use Terps for is to create level terrain to place stuff on, The fastest way to do that is to change the area to whatever level most of the surrounding area is. That can be either raising or lowering terrain.

take the last lever for example. I made a secondary ring around the existing ring of wall so that if it spilled I would be safe. and it dropped creeper outside the existing wall so it really helped keep all my crap safe.

My strategy for that? Build lots of cannons, and NEVER MOVE THEM (unless I have to because they're over one of those spots I need to dig). I've found that five or six cannons can keep a creeper node suppressed from the moment the node is dropped, at least long enough to destroy it. And that's withOUT upgrades.

In the long run, I think it's more power efficient than building dirt walls.

Also, once I get Thor tech, I'm usually building them nonstop (usually 2 or even 3 at a time) for the rest of the game. Having a dozen or two Thors scattered around the map helps with node suppression as well.
