[resolved] Can't kill "boss ship" on Arca?

I'm trying to kill the enemy ship using 5 Thor's. I have shot more than a 100 missiles at the ship, but it stays on 100%. Any ideas?

You use the missile silos to take em down, you really justed need 4 of them.

After it takes down the shield, you use the main cannons (click on thor) to take him down.

I don't see anything else to shoot/destroy besides the flying ship with a shield.

You have the wrong idea. You need to use a Terp to dig down to terrain level 1 in those four spots you have the Thors parked. There are some missle silos buried there.

-- They deal with the shield. You'll need the Thors afterwards to destroy the ship proper.

Ah, I completed the mission now. Maybe I have to actually read the messages in the missions next time

see I missed that by hitting skip all by mistake first time around, was sitting in that map for 10 mintues with all the emitters and spores dead unsure what to do with my 10 thors.
