Beacon Issue
Even though all my walls and foundations doesn't get destroyed, beacon dissapears after first full wave and part of the second wave. Please look into this. Furthermore, beacon should be able to be build on the foundation and should be able to put roof over it. Not sure what destroys it but something does, unless they kill it through the walls

I simply build a complete square 3x3 remove the center. build another square around that place walls, ceilings around the core, place the beacon there in the center. turrets on each corner and your golden.
place a few barriers on the outside will help

I am trying to repair my beacon with the repair option in build mode. It says i have 80/250. It says use left mouse to repair, but nothing happens, I have 2k nucleum on me, do I need other materials and if so why it doesn't tell me this?!

I wasn't able to repair it either, i ended up demolishing and rebuilding quiet a few times

hoping the developer responds to this

I've also had a few beacons disappear without any walls broken to let enemies through; I usually build walls on top of the foundations and a roof on top. However most of the time the beacon remains there.

Hey, it's intentional that you can't repair the beacon during a beacon wave to prevent abuse. You can destruct it, recover all the Neuleium, and rebuild it.

Not being able to repair is fine, not a big deal. What's unusual is for mobs to not be able to reach the beacon and have the beacon disappear.

To be clear, none of my foundations, walls nor ceilings have been destroyed and still the beacon disappears. And the foundations all snap together, there is no gap.

This is indeed weird and shouldn’t happen. I’ll look into it further, but I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. Can you tell me what kind of data collection you’re doing? Could it be damaged by laser projectiles? Have you tried building it in another location to see if it still happens?

I've only done pirate and android TD once each and then only beasts/monsters, the first 3 levels. So lasers would not be implicated.

My TD base has 3 foundations on each side of the beacon:
FFFFFFF
FFFFFFF
FFFFFFF
FFF#FFF
FFFFFFF
FFFFFFF
FFFFFFF
where # is the beacon and F is a foundation. And then walls on as many foundation sides as possible, and a roof on top of it all. This makes it very difficult for monsters to reach the beacon. And in addition I repair every foundation/wall after a TD event. I do not see a way for the beasts to get to the beacon; the foundations snapped to each other when I built them, there's no gap.

I've buit my main base in the north east corner of i8 near the small lake. My first TD was on the other side of the lake, in the direction of the camp with vendors. I did level 1 TD there but was too cramped so I built a second base toward the Zen cave. Hard to describe without coordinates. I lost beacons at both places.

I may have had 3 beacons disappear. One had disappeared in my next play session but it may have disappeared before I saved the game. I have no idea what could have triggered the problem. Nothing else has disappeared for me, other than the connections/wiring between the beams/pylons. Others have reported their ships disappearing.

Building a beacon while another one is already built will cause the old one to get destroyed. Could it be related to that?

No. I'm quite certain (99%) I completely dismantled my old TD base in order to have the necessary resources to build the new TD base. And building the TD beacon in the new base would have destroyed the TD beacon in the old base. I distinctly remember the new base no longer having its beacon.

This is very weird. I'll look into it. Let me know if you figure out how to reproduce it. Thank you.
