I'd look at what sort of thing the game can offer you rather than price, else you may not like it.

but can you answer the question X2 the treat or X3 reunion? Which one is more fighting and action and which is more trading and slower?

All the X games are based around combat and trading, it's difficult to say which one is more veered towards the other.

and the interacting with the npc and all that im guessing its better in the X3 reunion game?

They're honestly very different games. X3 has more in terms of functionality; but X2 is also very fun in its own right.

X2's main points, compared to X3:

Capital ships and fighters are not segregated as far as stats go. M2 destroyer outrunning an Argon Discoverer scout ship? Yes please.
No reputation walls for weapons, ships and items.
Older iteration of the GOD Engine that will run better on older machines.
I personally kinda liked the story of X2 more than X3.

X3's main points:

Better graphics
The gameplay is smoother, UI is better, it's easier to play with a mouse and keyboard.
New gameplay mechanics like the part where pilots will bail from small craft and leave them abandined. (The feature exists in X2 technically; it just instantly transfers ship control to you.
WAY more mods, if you like to mod your games.
Ships feel different, fly different, actually have better and more distinct roles.

Really though, if you could just the Superbox I'd recommend it. Every X game is wildly different from the rest and they're all just amazing in their own rights.
