How to summon NPCs in Half Life : Source

Hello . I will show you how to spawn npcs probably just to do random test like crush them to death or watch them battle , OR EVEN PUT THEM IN THE SKY BOX MODEL FOR IT TO APPEAR IN THE SKY . but anyways here's how : You open up console ( if you don`t have it , go to options and click the " Advance " button then click Enable Console ) . Next you type in " npc_create monster_ " and before that , type in sv_cheats 1, then put the name of the npc in , But here's a list of the names for npcs since they do have ridiculous file names :

Vortigaunt : monster_alien_slave
Houndeye : monster_houndeye
HeadCrab Zombie : monster_zombie
Gonarch : monster_bigmomma
Gargantua : monster_gargantua
Bull Squid : monster_bullchicken
Scientist : monster_scientist
Security Guard : monster_barney
Ichthyosaur : monster_ichthyosaur
HECU Soilder : monster_human_grunt
Nihilanth : monster_nihilanth
Tentacle : monster_tentacle
Alien Controller : monster_alien_controller
Assassin : monster_human_assassin
Alien Grunt : monster_alien_grunt
