what is the purpose of the fire doors?
i have been wondering this for a long time. what in the world is the purpose of the doors that will close when you push a button that says: "in case of fire break glass"? all they seem to do for me is block entrances. is there a way I should be using them?

yeah that one time theres headcrab with turret and u need to shoot at the glass then trip one the wire to trigger the turret

I believe there's two places where you can sneak past turrets until you reached their laser tripwires (which you cannot pass without touching) and they are placed after the turrets and fire blast doors so you can seal the doors to block the turret when tripping those laser wires.
