Unlocking Teams / Beta doesnt work

I've unlocked beta from the Shop and it worked fine, but not i bought the Aliea unlock item, and their team doesnt appear for me? My friend also got beta unlock from the shop and she does not appear for him either

If you are talking about the character she appears in a separate team just join your team and press change teams, I at least found it that way, if it is the character you are talking about, I hope it works for you

Maybe you bought the item that allows fight AGAINST Ailea. If you want play WITH them, you need another item.
