[SOLUTION] Screen Resolution Stuck at 1366 x 768
EDIT: Someone found a better solution, so it has been marked as an answer to this post. Please refer to that solution if you have this problem.

I am playing on a gaming laptop, and the game was stuck at a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 when my display is 1920 x 1080.
Thankfully, I did manage to figure out the solution to this.
On your PC, go to Settings, to System, and then to Display. Under Scale & layout, find the option named Scale, and change it to 100%. If you're like me with a 1080p display, this should now let you choose the 1920 x 1080 screen resolution in the game's settings.

This was not an issue for me with Megaton Musashi Wired.

A better solution would be to go into the game's folder, find nie.exe > right click > properties > compatibility > change high DPI settings > click the box override high DPI scaling > ok > apply

launch game, and it should be the resolution you want without having to change display scaling :)

I tested this just right now. My screen is 5120x1440 with 125% scaling
Without the solution I mentioned before, my resolution was maxed at 3840x1080.
Now I can play at 5120x1440 without changing display scaling

Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > High DPI scaling override > Tick and select Application. If it doesn't work, try System or System (Enhanced). Google if you need details to know what option do. However, it can also not work for everyone.
