cross save download does not work

played this on switch uploaded it to cross save, linked the acaunts but still does nto work

I have the exact same issue, for me it says "Failed to connect" even tho I've done everything perfectly. I uploaded it from my switch, and when I download from cross save it doesn't even show "Transmitting". It immediately goes to "Failed to connect."

Problem is still there even tho everything was linked perfectly, fine, uploaded perfectly fine etc. It's just that the Download from Cross Save doesn't work, please fix this Steam, or help us find a solution

If you are getting the "Failed to connect" when trying to download the cross-save file, try to run the GameBootstrapper.exe in the game folder when the game is open and then try to download it, at least worked for me.

I tried, but with no result. It still doesn't work

Do you have subs on nintendo online service? I read somewhere that is needed but i can't really confirm. Nintendo is kinda locking any type of online service behind that sub
